A theatre-style seating arrangement can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Saloon Dresden & Saloon Stuttgart

Custom-made and flexible

360grad
  • 95 sqm
  • Parliament-style: 40 guests
  • Theatre-style: 60 guests
  • Separater access possible

The combination of the two salons makes it possible to realize both festive occasions and classic conferences. A divided room design is also conceivable: concentrated, focused work at the table next to a creative, open discussion in a chair circle.

Up to 48 guests can dine in a gala seating. Block or U-shaped conferences are possible for up to 34 guests.

Green Saloon

Festive, elegant & diverse

Start tour

  • 174 qm
  • Gala-style: 80 guests
  • Theatre-style: 104 guests

Our largest banquet room honours its name: The exclusive ambience with the delicate green & gold notes offers an extraordinary setting for festive banquets or receptions.

For dancing we can build a dance floor of 20 sqm.

Up to 60 guests can be seated with parliamentary seating. We recommend a block form for up to 40 guests and a U-shape for up to 34 guests.

Winter Garden

Light flooded with modern art

  • 100 sqm
  • Gala-style: 48 guests
  • Welcome reception: 80 guests
  • Part of the Caroussel Nouvelle and next to the Green Saloon

Baroque forms and crystal chandeliers meet the strict monochrome of furniture and walls in the winter garden. The modern and contemporary art from the private collection of the Bülow couple is characteristic for the spatial effect.

Here you can celebrate in a light and airy atmosphere. Depending on the occasion, an event can take place individually at round tables, at tables in U-shape, at one large table or as a welcome reception.

The winter garden is also available as an extension to the Green Saloon.

The Palais Suite

Bülow history

Mr & Mrs Bülow – passionate building constructors and owners

Hotel „Bülow Palais“

With a large number of listed buildings in its environs, the Bülow Palais – reopened in 2010 – fitted the historical setting of the street perfectly and thereby completed the ensemble of buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Dreikönigskirche. The exclusive hotel was constructed on the only free plot of land on the famous Königstrasse, reputed for its landmark Baroque church with its magnificent 88-metre-high tower. With a prestigious building closing the 'gap' on the church square, this part of the city exudes its original charm once more, with the Market Fountain, dating back to 1858, providing a fitting central focus.

Whereas the exterior of the Palais building blends in with the historic character of the Königstrasse, the interior incorporates Baroque features into the hotel's elegant, contemporary style, alongside works of modern art.

The Stuttgart-based husband and wife entrepreneurs, Monika and Horst Bülow, were responsible for building both the Bülow Palais and Bülow Residenz – just a stone's throw apart – and continue to own both properties today. They left nothing to chance, meticulously planning the project with great attention to detail and even installing privately owned works of art in the new hotel. The personal touch can be felt as soon as you enter the spacious lobby, which is decorated in shades of blue, silver and gold with strategically positioned designer armchairs adding a touch of charm and helping create the distinctive impression of the hotel

A home in a very special place. Part of the plot of land on which the Bülow Palais stands was once occupied by the vicarage of the famous Dreikönigskirche, before the house was destroyed after the Second World War. The Dreikönigskirche was the site of the baptism and confirmation of the city's famous 'son', the author Emil Erich Kästner (*born Dresden 1899, died Munich 1974). Kästner's book, When I was a little boy, tells the extraordinary tale of his life in the Königstrasse district.

The Bülow family

Ralf J. Kutzner with Monika and Horst Bülow

Everything began at the beginning of the 1990s: At this time, the Stuttgart-based entrepreneurial couple, Monika and Horst Bülow (Bülow AG) were looking for a location for the Dresden branch of their business. During their quest, they came upon the mansion in the Rähnitzgasse. Formerly a prestigious middle-class home, the centuries had certainly left their mark on this 1730s building. However, the Bülow family decided to purchase the badly damaged listed building and invested in an extensive restoration. As it later transpired, the building was turned into a hotel, rather than company offices. The Bülow Palais was the second greatest investment in Dresden in 2010.

Monika und Horst Bülow are committed hotel owners who are regularly on the premises. They placed the management of both hotels, with a total of of 88 rooms and suites, in the capable hands of Hotel Director, Ralf J. Kutzner. The Residenz – the mansion in the Rähnitzgasse – is managed as an exclusive hotel annexe, the whole of which can be reserved for family celebrations or corporate events. These are the first and only facilities of this kind in Dresden. The Palais – the newly built hotel with historic influences – is the premium product of the collection and features spa facilities, conference rooms and an underground car park, as well as a wide range of gastronomic services.
